This avocado tofu combo works equally well as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce or when used to coat noodles and vegetables.
Leave out the Thai chili if you want a very mild sauce.

- 150g Silken Tofu
- 150g Avocado
- 1 Red Thai Chili (Bird’s Eye Chili)
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Pinch of Salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Blend until very smooth.
