Free Meal Plan – Day Four

 Sweet Potato Beginnings:

Top with:

 

  • 15g (1 tbsp) Walnuts
  • 20g (1.5 tbsp) Sunflower Seeds

OJ:

  • Juice of 3 Oranges
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 30g (4 tbsp) Onion, sliced
  • 100g (2/3 cup) Cucumber
  • 100g  (3.8 oz) Firm Tofu, baked/fried/raw
  • 150g (1 cup + 6 tbsp) Mung Beans
  • 100g (3.5 cups) Greens of choice

And remember, this is a good time to use up any leftovers you may have!

  • 30g (2 tbsp) Onion
  • 2 medium cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 150g (1.5 cups + 2 tbsp) Mung Beans
  • 100g (3.5 cups) Greens of choice

On the side:

  • 200g (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) Brown Rice

And remember, this is a good time to use up any leftovers you may have!

  •  2 medium Bananas
  • 100g (1 cup) Grapes
  • 4 Dates, soaked
  • 3 tbsp Flaxmeal (Optional/Recommended)
